FITNESS PROGRAMS
Our approach is boutique and not a mass market gym. We want to connect with our members and build a community with them. We also want our members to change their possible views on fitness. Most people think of fitness and immediately think of being in shape with a nice physique. We don’t look at fitness in this way. Fitness is about being in the best shape for your age, body type and health. We want our members to focus on building their bodies to the best of their abilities, and not be overly consumed with hard and fast results. Fitness is a lifestyle, not a quick solution for a short-term goal.
Our members will have access to a comprehensive fitness plan that each can maintain for a lifetime. Our physical fitness method is a curation of a multitude of fitness routines that makes the body stronger, more agile, improves range of motion and mobility. The scale may not move quickly or at all. But members will feel better about their mood, health, stress and self-esteem.
OUR FITNESS OFFERINGS
SEMI-PRIVATE SESSIONS
Get a personalized fitness experience with [rooted] method! With small group training of 4-5 people, members receive semi-private training 2-3 days/week. The Fitness Director provides personal attention & members work at their own range of movement. Sessions use resistance bands, calisthenics, & bodyweight, with minimalistic facility design. Sessions are for seasoned adults and promote trust, privacy, & community. The [rooted] fitness method is proprietary & effective.
SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING COSTS
MEMBER PACKAGE:
8 classes per month for $199
($80 savings @ $25 per class)

INDIVIDUAL SESSION:
$35 each

1-ON-1 TRAINING
If community classes aren’t your thing, then sign up for our 1-on-1 personal training. Each session will still use the [rooted] method but the studio is all yours with our Master Trainer/Fitness Director. With your session you’re welcome to bring ONE buddy with you to workout together (can be your child, spouse, sibling or best friend). We encourage you to bring someone to help you both maintain your fitness lifestyles, while bonding, spending quality time, and getting in shape with the people you love.

$79 - $149 each*
NOTE: 1-on-1 includes a ‘buddy bond’ package = bring a friend and the gym and trainer is all yours.
ATHLETE TRAINING
South LA and Inglewood have produced many great athletes, but what they need most is a dedicated place to train. [rooted] is that communal home. Our Master Trainer and Fitness Director, a professional athlete, will help athletes of all levels reach their goals. Whether you're a mature athlete staying in shape or a rising star preparing for the next season, our team will provide optimal care to get your body in top shape.
